How to return or exchange my products?
If you discover a problem or defect during the warranty period, please send a description of the defect together with a copy of your purchase receipt by email to service@nomitang.com. Our Customer Service will provide further instructions case by case.
How long is the warranty period of Nomi Tang toys?
All Nomi Tang Toys are covered under a one year warranty starting on the day of purchase while your statutory rights are not affected. Therefore please retain your purchase receipt or invoice.
I don't have the invoice any longer. Can I still return the product?
In this case, please send a photo of your product together with a description of the problem by email. Our Customer Support will check and assist.
Who pays for the shipping cost of the returns?
The customer needs to cover the shipping cost for the return of the defect product. In case of a valid warranty case we will cover the cost of the shipping of the repaired or new product from our service centre back to the customer.
I lost my USB charging cable, where can I get a new one?
You may buy a new USB charging cable for 2 USD, please contact us by e-mail service@nomitang.com.
